Latest updates, features, and improvements.

Update

Improved: Course Sidebar Navigation

Long lesson names in the course sidebar are now easier to read:

  • Tooltip on hover — hovering any truncated lesson or module name shows the full title
  • Resizable sidebar — drag the sidebar edge to resize it between 220px and 480px. Your preferred width is remembered across sessions
Feature

New Vibe Coding Lesson Track

A brand-new lesson track for anyone who wants to build real apps through vibe coding — no programming experience needed.

Whether you're a curious beginner, an entrepreneur with an idea, a designer, or a PM — this track teaches you how to go from zero to a working app using AI-assisted development with Claude Code.

What's included:

  • Step-by-step lessons from first prompt to deployed app
  • Learn to describe what you want and iterate until it works
  • Build real, functional projects you can share and use
  • No terminal experience or coding background required

Head to your dashboard and start building today.

Update

Improved: Lesson Completion Indicator in Course Sidebar

Completed lessons now show a green checkmark icon in the course sidebar navigation, making it easy to see your progress at a glance. No more guessing which lessons you've already finished — just look for the checkmark.

Feature

New: CCA Exam Prep — Practice Exam & Dedicated Study Path

Fluent now includes a full Claude Certified Architect (CCA) Exam Prep path.

Fluent's core course — 80 lessons across 9 modules — already covers the majority of what the CCA exam tests: agentic architecture, MCP integration, Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, and context management.

The CCA Exam Prep path adds:

  • 10 exam-specific lessons that fill the remaining gaps
  • A timed 60-question practice exam that mirrors the real thing — 4 randomized scenarios, 120-minute countdown, domain-weighted scoring, and a 70% pass threshold

Don't walk into a $99 proctored exam unprepared.

Feature

New: Customizable Dashboard Layout

You can now drag and drop dashboard tiles to arrange them however you like. Hover over any tile to reveal the grip handle, then drag to reorder. Your layout is saved automatically and persists across sessions.

Feature

New: Continue Where You Left Off

Your dashboard now shows a prominent "Continue Learning" card that picks up exactly where you stopped. Jump back into your learning path with one click — no need to hunt for your last lesson.

Feature

New: 70 Lessons — Foundations & Cross-Tool Literacy Modules

Fluent now has 70 lessons across 8 modules — and every core lesson is free, forever.

Two new modules just launched:

  • Module 0: Foundations of Agentic Engineering (10 lessons) — tool-agnostic principles every developer needs: how LLMs work, instruction file architecture, context window management, prompt engineering for code, agent steering, reviewing AI-generated code, cost and token economics, security, and the AI-native developer mindset.
  • Module 7: Cross-Tool Literacy (6 lessons) — the AI coding agent landscape beyond Claude Code: Cursor deep dive, GitHub Copilot workflows, open-source agents (Aider, Cline, Continue), the AGENTS.md universal standard, and multi-tool workflow patterns.

Both modules are fully translated into English, German, and Hebrew.

The core course is free. All 70 lessons, terminal simulations, quizzes, code playgrounds, progress tracking, streaks, and badges — no paywall. Fluent Pro adds power tools on top: MCP ecosystem, CLAUDE.md linter, code review training, skill assessment, cost & context control, showroom publishing, spaced repetition, and more.

Feature

New: Community Submission Moderation & Admin Content Management

What's new:

  • Pending review queue — Pro user submissions (templates, recipes, tips, guides, workflows) now enter "pending" status instead of going to draft limbo
  • Hebrew & German translations — the Foundations and Cross-Tool Literacy modules (16 lessons) are now fully translated
  • OAuth Pro fix — Pro status now works correctly for GitHub and Google sign-in (previously only worked for email/password login)
Feature

New: Tips & Cheat Sheets are available for everyone

New Tips & Tricks and Cheat Sheets added, you’ll find them under the new Resources dropdown in the navigation bar, alongside the Guide.

Feature

New: AI-Powered Comment Translation

Comments and replies can now be translated to your language with one click. Translations are powered by Gemini and cached in the database so they load instantly on repeat views.

Feature

New: Admin Email Notifications for Comments

Admins now receive an email notification whenever a user posts a comment or reply on any lesson. The email includes the commenter's name, the comment text, and a direct link to the lesson. Admins won't be notified about their own comments.

Feature

New: "New" & "Updated" Badges on Lessons

Returning users can now instantly spot fresh content. Lessons show a green New badge (4 lessons) or an Updated badge (16 lessons) in the sidebar, course index, module overview, and lesson page. Badges are theme-aware and fully localized (EN/DE/HE).

Feature

New: Profile Picture Upload

You can now upload and update your profile picture directly from your account settings. Your avatar will appear across the platform — in comments, the leaderboard, and your public profile.

Feature

New: Comment Notifications

You'll now get notified when someone interacts with your comments — whether it's a reply, an upvote, or an admin pin. A new bell icon in the navigation bar shows your unread count at a glance, so you never miss a conversation.

Fix

Fix: RTL/LTR direction based on discussion post language

Text direction in course discussion posts is now automatically set based on the language of the content — RTL for languages like Arabic and Hebrew, LTR for others. This ensures proper readability without any manual configuration.

Feature

New: Threaded discussions on every lesson page

Each lesson now has a comment section where learners can ask questions, share insights, and reply to each other in threaded conversations. Upvote helpful answers and see who contributed with names, avatars, and timestamps.

Feature

New: Share Fluent with your network

You can now spread the word about Fluent directly from the app. Invite colleagues, share your experience, and help grow the community — all without leaving Fluent.

Feature

New: Hebrew RTL support

Full RTL layout for all pages and components.
