We want you to be fully satisfied with your Fluent Pro subscription. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new Fluent Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Fluent Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then.

5. Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, you may cancel but will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining months. Your Pro access continues until the end of the yearly billing period.

6. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that renewal period.

7. Free Tier

The core Fluent course is and will remain free. This refund policy applies exclusively to paid Fluent Pro subscriptions.
