By accessing or using Fluent ("the Platform"), operated by CorgiMind ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Fluent is a free, interactive learning platform that teaches users how to use Claude Code through lessons, terminal simulations, quizzes, and other educational content. We may offer premium features ("Fluent Pro") for a subscription fee.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including lessons, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

If you subscribe to Fluent Pro, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

7. Content and Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content. However, Claude Code and related technologies evolve rapidly. We do not guarantee that all content is current or error-free. The Platform is for educational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
